Roadhouse Quality New Homes have now completed what was an exciting project at Brompton Farm Road, Strood.

We built two 4/5 bedroom detached executive homes. Which are split over 4 levels, both properties boast an impressive 2152 sq. ft.

Two generously sized 4/5 bedroom detached homes were built to a very high specification. 

With the spacious open plan Kitchen/family area featuring Bi folding doors leading to the beautifully landscaped gardens.

The bespoke fitted Kitchen got carefully chosen and designed with outstanding attention to detail, fully equipped with integrated appliances comprising of, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, full length fridge and freezer, microwave, double oven and a maxi sense induction hob with a bronzed glass mirror splash back, all of which are selected from a high end brand. 

For extra space/storage is the fully fitted utility room off the Kitchen. And a snug which can be used as an office/play room. While the large living room features a log burner and bay window to front.

Proceeding to the first floor levels there are 4/5 bedrooms, 3 of which have high quality en suites and built in wardrobes. All of the sanitary ware has been hand picked from the Sottini range which gives all en suites and family bathroom a feel of elegance and style. The landing boasts a stunning infinity glass balcony.

Some extra touches have been made to the properties to give a real executive feel, these include under floor heating, a surround sound system installed in the Kitchen/family area, alarm system, designer flooring, oak internal doors and handrails.

ROADHOUSE purchased 2 existing dwellings at Elaine Avenue Strood, planning was approved to demolish one of the dwellings and we constructed 4 new detached dwellings on the large garden areas.

The new houses  were all sold and completed in June 2016. Part of our works was to renovate the existing remaining 3 bedroom house which was completed and sold in August 2016.

We took great pride in building this lovely 3 bedroom family home in the heart of Strood. This project has now been completed and being enjoyed by its new occupants.

Built as a 3 bedroom detached property, the house was finished to our usual high specification.

ROADHOUSE purchased an existing 3 bedroom cottage with a side garden at 15 Woodstock Road Strood and was given planning permission to complete a modern renovation on the existing cottage and to build a brand new 3 bedroom Luxury detached family home with a garage. Both the cottage and new build were completed and buyers were moved in by spring 2017.

We constructed a luxury 3 bedroom detached house including off road parking, a stylish kitchen which came fully equipped with integrated appliances, a cloak room and  a storage cupboard downstairs. The master bedroom was completed with an elegant en suite shower room, with a further two bedrooms and exquisite family bathroom. The bathrooms were fully tiled with the benefit of underfloor heating. 

 

We also completed a lovely renovation to the existing property. Both the new build and renovation was sold in Sept 2017

Our Roadhouse Building team carried out a complete renovation to an existing 3 bedroom semi detached house. The work was carried out to the same high standards of our new build projects. The date of completion was August 2016.

We applied for planning permission to construct a new detached dutch style house to match adjacent properties on a corner plot of land at Trevale Road, Rochester. The planning was granted and the house was constructed in 2014.

The house was finished to a very high standard with high quality fitting’s and we introduced our policy of building all new build with underfloor heating. A sale was agreed before construction completed.

82 Trevale Road was our first new build property. We applied for planning permission to construct a new 3 bedroom detatched house on a large side garden to the adjacent property at no 80 Trevale Road. Planning was granted and the house was constructed during 2013. The house was built to a high standard with oak internal doors and high specification kitchen and bathroom. Our work also involved the renovation of the existing 3 bedroom house.

Following our success with this property, we began construction of a new detached style dutch house to match adjacent properties on the same road. Finished a year after our first project on Trevael Road, 2 Trevale Road was finished to the same high standard as its neighbour, with top spec kitchens and bathrooms and underfloor heating throughout the ground level as well as the family bathroom.

Roadhouse gained planning permission to construct a new detached house on the side garden of the existing property at 02 Swingate Avenue Cliffe. The house was constructed in 2014 to a very high specification with underfloor heating, oak doors and high spec kitchen with built in appliances and high quality bathroom furniture and fittings.
