82 & 2 Trevale Road, Rochester
82 Trevale Road was our first new build property. We applied for planning permission to construct a new 3 bedroom detatched house on a large side garden to the adjacent property at no 80 Trevale Road. Planning was granted and the house was constructed during 2013. The house was built to a high standard with oak internal doors and high specification kitchen and bathroom. Our work also involved the renovation of the existing 3 bedroom house.
Following our success with this property, we began construction of a new detached style dutch house to match adjacent properties on the same road. Finished a year after our first project on Trevael Road, 2 Trevale Road was finished to the same high standard as its neighbour, with top spec kitchens and bathrooms and underfloor heating throughout the ground level as well as the family bathroom.
