PLANNING APPROVED

We are pleased to announce our planning application at 177 Berengrave Lane Rainham has now been approved.

The scheme involves demolishing the existing house and the construction of 13 new
high quality 3 and 4 bedroom houses . Work is due to commence on site in October .
